2.      Intellectual Property Rights

The Website is a work of authorship (‘oeuvre’) as per article L.111.1 of French ‘Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle’ and contains notably software programs, photos, pictures, graphics, interfaces, written content, videos that are fully owned by ESSP and for which ESSP has been authorized to use them.
